He's Coming

Luna was pulled out of her watery trance, her sister breathed heavily as she used all her energy to hold Luna aloft and away from the bubbling water.
"Sister!" Luna was in a state of shock "The dreams, the children's dreams, they grow worse in fear."
"But that can only mean" Celestia looked out the darkening window.
"Yes my sister, He is Coming"

so i took a listen and was also inspired

the main idea behind this is that Luna enters this trancing pool of which she infuses her magic. she can then meditate her way into peoples dreams or watch them by observing the bubbles that float around her. however, lately the children have become restless with dreams of a different kind. Luna and Celestia have seen this only once before......when He! returned.
